Due to structural growth, we are seeking an Assistant Commercial Solicitor on a permanent basis.Your new roleAs an Assistant Commercial Solicitor, you''ll support senior colleagues on high value, technically complex engineering and construction projects. You''ll work across a broad mix of non contentious matters, including: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating engineering and construction contracts (particularly NEC3 / NEC4, or similar) Advising on the legal structuring of construction and infrastructure arrangements Supporting large capital programmes and business critical projects Working closely with commercial and project teams to strengthen early stage decision making Helping manage risk and ensuring robust contractual approaches across engineering and construction activitiesYou''ll be part of a friendly multi disciplinary team and gain exposure to a wide variety of infrastructure work.What you''ll need to succeedYou''ll be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with ideally 4+ years'' post qualification experience and a solid grounding in engineering and construction law.
