This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded litigator to take on a senior role within a collaborative and progressive environment, handling a broad range of complex disputes and contributing to team development.

The RoleThis Cheltenham-based role offers exposure to a wide variety of litigation matters, including:General civil and commercial disputesProperty litigationContentious probateYou\''ll manage your own caseload, assist on director-led matters, and support junior team members. The role involves advising a diverse client base, including corporates, charities, trusts, and individuals, formulating strategy, drafting legal documentation, instructing counsel, and representing clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5 years PQE in litigationStrong technical knowledge and drafting skillsExperience across a broad range of dispute resolution mattersExcellent communication and client-handling skillsCommercially aware with a proactive, collaborative approachWillingness to contribute to business development and team growth
