The team focuses on providing care, 5 days a week,?for clients in both (staffed projects and houses out in the community) shared houses and flats, creating a comfortable, safe and pleasant environment while helping residents work towards more independent living in the future. The position will require occasional evening and weekend work as required in accordance with the shift rota.
