What You''ll Do: In this role, you will report directly to the Programme Manager and work closely with the wider PMO team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting for joint industry forums. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the ''tech sec'' for joint governance forums, managing invites, minutes, terms of reference, and agenda preparation.Owning and facilitating updates to key project documents, including joint RAID, joint industry plan, and action tracker.Managing and delivering governance for a complex project with multiple accountable organisations.Crafting concise project dashboard reports, including executive summary updates, and translating complex topics into key messages.Collaborating with the ..... full job details .....
