Your New Role We''re partnering with a forward-thinking, innovative tech organisation to appoint a proactive recruiter on a 6-month temporary basis (with potential for something long term should it be a great fit). You''ll be working closely with the People Services Lead, and various stakeholders across the organisation, to drive end-to-end hiring activity across multiple live vacancies within the tech space (with multiple hires per role). Responsibilities: Managing a varied portfolio of technical and corporate roles within the tech sectorBuilding targeted LinkedIn Recruiter projects and talent pipelinesProactively sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidatesLiaising with senior stakeholders to influence, update, and unblock processesManaging candidate journeys from initial outreach through to offerProviding regular updates and insights to management. What We''re Looking For Proven recruitment experience, ideally within tech.
