Customer Team LeaderLocation: The Co-operative Food, 18 High Street, Pewsey, SN9 5AQPay: £13.65 per hourContract: 20-35 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-timeWorking pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interviewFull, paid training provided. What you’ll do

Friendly and thoughtful service - you’ll give friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situationsDevelop your team’s capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone’s voice is valued and respectedMake sure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operationalManage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for customersSupport your store manager by deputising when they’re not working and delivering a variety of HR processesLead the way when introducing new products and services in your store – work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedbackBuild relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan
