Influencer Marketing Manager – UK Remote – Perm - £40-50K

Are you passionate about wellness, social media, and performance-driven storytelling?

We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of a high-growth brand’s influencer strategy, building partnerships that drive reach, engagement, and conversion across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more.

You’ll lead everything from scouting and onboarding talent, to activating multi-tiered campaigns and measuring real impact. If you’ve got a sharp commercial mindset, love creating long-term ambassador relationships, and know how to turn creators into brand advocates — we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll need:

• 2+ years’ experience in influencer marketing experience
• Influencer strategy background
• Solid understanding of ambassador and outreach programmes
• Proven campaign execution and creator management
• Strong understanding of social platforms, analytics, and tools
• A love for wellness, sport, or lifestyle-led brands
