Working across multiple large-scale residential developments, the successful candidate will play a critical role in the planning and delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final handover.Reporting directly to the Construction Director, this is a unique and influential position within the regional construction team. The Planner will oversee and manage the planning process across the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, risks are mitigated, and resources are effectively coordinated.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes for all regional projectsLead weekly progress reporting and support quarterly re-scheduling activitiesAssist in preparing pre-construction programmes and amend as required following client negotiationsDeliver quick-turnaround preliminary programmes to support the development team with cashflow forecasting and ROCE improvement during negotiations with affordable housing providersCreate and manage occupation and exit strategies for each project, including visual time slice planningOversee traffic management and site logistics plansPrepare and update detailed delivery schedules across all live sitesGenerate annual forecasts and production reports, ..... full job details .....
