The Role

As the Mobile Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll:

• Supervise and support a team of mobile maintenance engineers across multiple school sites.
• Manage and coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, compliantly, and within agreed service levels.
• Carry out hands-on mechanical maintenance when required.
• Monitor engineer performance, productivity, and quality of work.

You

To be successful in the role of Mobile Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll bring:

• A recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or Combustion/Gas.
• Previous experience within a supervisory or lead engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of building services maintenance and FM environments.
• Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial or public sector sites.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
