Our client is currently seeking an experienced Selective Solder Team Leader to join their production team on the temp to perm contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with strong technical knowledge of selective soldering processes and proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or electronics environment. Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the selective solder team to achieve production targets and quality standardsEnsure correct procedures and work instructions are followed at all timesTrain, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high performance and competency levelsMonitor output, quality, and efficiency across the departmentWork closely with Production Supervisors and other departments to meet customer demandIdentify and resolve process, quality, or equipment issuesPromote and maintain a strong Health and Safety cultureSupport continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:Previous experience in selective soldering within an electronics manufacturing environmentProven experience in a team leader or supervisory roleStrong understanding of IPC standards and quality requirementsAbility to read and interpret technical documentationExcellent communication and organisational skills If you ..... full job details .....
