You will be an exceptional leader, able to liaise with other on-site contractors and take charge of the team when the Project Manager is not on site. Responsibilities

Lead and manage AV installation teams on site.

Coordinate with on-site contractors and stakeholders.

Take charge of project activities in the absence of the Project Manager.

Contribute to delivery of high-end residential (and occasional commercial) projects in London.

Required Skills and Qualifications

8 years of experience in AV / Smart building systems integration.

Team management experience.

Excellent knowledge of Control4 or Lutron.

Exceptional hands-on AV technical skills.

Good industry training or certificates.

Commitment to delivering the best projects and pride in workmanship.

Willingness to work on London-based projects on a daily basis.
