We at Fusion Practices are looking for a Lead Oracle EPM Functional Consultant with strong experience in PCMCS and PBCS, along with working knowledge of ARCS and FCCS. The ideal candidate will lead the functional design and delivery of scalable Oracle EPM solutions for enterprise customers, working closely with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful cloud-based planning and performance management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM functional implementations, focusing on PCMCS and PBCS. Drive solution design for cost allocation models, driver-based planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Conduct workshops and gather functional requirements from finance users and business teams. Translate business needs into solution specifications and work with technical teams on configuration. Review and validate system functionality, dashboards, and reporting outputs from a functional perspective. Support integration and validation activities involving financial data sources. Contribute to ongoing enhancement and support for ARCS and FCCS modules. Coordinate UAT, develop training materials, and support change management for end users. Ensure functional alignment with financial best practices, data governance, and compliance standards.
