Job description Job Summary Nuco Solutions requires a highly skilled Electrician for their client contract based in Eastleigh and surrounding areas of Hampshire. Responsibilities Perform EICRs and remedials on Social Housing properties. Travel from site to site with the use of a company van and fuel card provided by the employer. Greet and liaise with tenants to ensure satisfactory results. Liaise with QS and Contracts Manager in the office. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Skills Applicants must have 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) 2391 Inspection and Testing certificate is preferred Previous experience working for a Social Housing contractor or Housing Association.
