This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded professional to work across varied projects, liaise directly with clients and sub-contractors, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-value projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all commercial aspects of projects, including sub-contract documentation, warranties, and bondsPrepare, submit, and negotiate variations, claims, and interim/final valuationsMonitor cost and revenue performance, including cost and cashflow forecastsProvide commercial and contractual advice internally and to external clientsAgree sub-contractor accounts and maintain accurate financial recordsAttend project sites nationwide to liaise with clients and sub-contractorsSupport the achievement of project objectives through effective cost control and risk managementRequirementsMinimum 5 years'' experience in construction, preferably structural steelStrong understanding of commercial and contractual managementRelevant academic qualification (HND or degree) desirableProfessional membership of RICS advantageousExcellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work ..... full job details .....
