As a key leader in our setting, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive.As the (Lead) Early Years Educator, you will: Lead and inspire a team to provide creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning opportunities.Model best practices, demonstrating sensitive and responsive interactions that extend children s learning.Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.Support the nursery management team in delivering outstanding care and education in line with our policies and procedures.Take responsibility for curriculum planning, ensuring activities align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Oversee the setting in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Manager.
