We re looking for a proactive People Data and Systems Lead to strengthen the People, Organisation and Development (POD) function and help to deliver an exceptional employee experience.In this role, you ll turn People data into clear insights, enhance HR systems, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You ll lead on data integrity and governance, develop dashboards and KPIs, and provide high quality reporting that supports confident, evidence based decision making.
