Oracle Systems Administration Manager - Oracle Fusion HCM (Contract) - URGENT Immediate Requirement - Critical Hire We are working on a business-critical Oracle Fusion environment and need an experienced Oracle Systems Administration Manager available at short notice. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will take ownership of platform stability, performance, and strategic direction with a particular focus on Oracle HCM and Absence Management (statutory absence/Absence case solution). This is not a standard admin role, we need someone who can lead from the front, stabilise, optimise, and drive improvements quickly.
