www.abbottlyon.comAbout the roleYou’ll play a leading role within our product team, reporting into our Lead Jewellery Designer and supporting the wider design function in delivering a compelling jewellery proposition. You’ll be hands-on with design — from early concepting and CAD development to final sample approvals — while also mentoring more junior designers and collaborating cross-functionally with Buying, Development, and Marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creative development of jewellery ranges from concept to CADIdentify key trends and translate them into commercially viable, brand-aligned product ideasCreate and present mood boards, trend reports, and collection rationalesProduce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings (Rhino experience )Work closely with Product Development to ensure designs are achievable within critical path and margin targetsContribute to personalisation innovation and design evolution across our core categoriesTake ownership of product performance insights and iterate based on customer feedback and dataSupport and mentor junior designers, encouraging growth and strong design processExperience and Mindset5+ years jewellery design experience, ideally within a fast-paced fashion or DTC environmentExcellent CAD skills (ideally Rhino), with a solid understanding of jewellery manufacturingStrong sense of style and understanding of the Abbott Lyon customer and brandCreative, highly organised, and commercially-mindedComfortable working to deadlines and across multiple design briefs simultaneouslyProactive and collaborative — thrives in a team environmentBenefitsRewarding base salary + 10% bonus packageFlexible, hybrid working arrangements, there’s a minimum requirement of three days a week in office in the London StudioLots of potential for career development and trainingPrivate Health InsuranceFun and friendly team with regular socialsOpportunity to be a part of the fastest growing jewellery brand in the UK!If you’re looking to join an innovative, fast-growing brand, apply now or email Ben at
