The postholder will lead on developing and implementing investment, sustainability, and safety strategies that ensure the Council''s housing stock remains safe, financially viable, and responsive to residents'' needs. This role drives innovation, compliance, and performance across the Asset Management, Building Safety, and Energy and Renewables functions, ensuring alignment with legal obligations, business planning requirements, and the Council''s vision for sustainable growth and regeneration.
