Role Overview We are seeking an ambitious Director with a proven track record of winning and delivering large construction projects in the private sector. This may include commercial, private / prime residential, alternative ''living'' (BTR / PBSA / PBSL / later living) and/or hotel developments. The individual will become part of the of the London Project Management team working closely with Steven Brown, Living Sector Lead and Benjamin Cottle, Head of London Project Management. This is an exciting opportunity to part of a growing team with a mandate to lead and expand our emerging mixed use development project management offer. As such we are looking for candidates who have established relationships with private developer Clients from whom they have won work. The role will be predominately based out of Savills 33 Margaret Street headquarters, however, it will be expected that the applicant will be happy to work within the M25.
