About the Role:

• Teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that foster curiosity and global awareness
• Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the needs of all learners
• Assess, track, and report on student progress in line with school policies
• Participate in departmental planning and school-wide enrichment activities
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Have experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting
• Be passionate about the subject and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Possess strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be dedicated to student achievement, wellbeing, and safeguarding
• Demonstrate adaptability, enthusiasm, and a collaborative approach
