We are seeking a resilient and committed SEN Teacher to join a supportive team working with pupils who present social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.SEN Teacher Key Responsibilities: Teach and engage studentsCreate and inclusive environment for the studentsDeliver creative and engaging lessons across a broad curriculum to inspire learnersImplement strong behaviour management strategies to support positive learningWork collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, structured environment SEN / SEMH Teacher Experience: Experience teaching in Secondary or SEN settings (Primary SEN Teachers would be considered)Be able to demonstrate strong classroom and strong behaviour management skillsResilience, reliability and adaptability are essentialSEN experience is essential or the passion to work with vulnerable studentsSEMH experience is highly desirable The successful SEN Teacher will need an Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one.If you re an experienced SEN Teacher then click apply ..... full job details .....
