Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and post to provide updates and gather information
- Support tax team with administrative tasks
- Carry out basic bookkeeping and maintain accurate client records
- Keep internal systems and databases up to date
- Ensure records comply with data protection and internal standards
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in admin or customer service is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
Desirable:
Experience working with self-employed individuals is a plus
