Your role will involve delivering targeted interventions, supporting classroom activities, and helping pupils to overcome barriers to learning.Key Responsibilities: Providing in-class support across a range of subjects and year groups.Assisting in delivering structured literacy, numeracy, and phonics interventions.Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils requiring additional help.Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND and EAL.Helping to create a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment.Supporting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.Liaising with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents when required.
