We re looking for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing tramping work based in Leeds (LS29). You ll be working with flatbed and step-frame trailers, moving various site materials across the UK. This is a hands-on driving role, so you ll need to be happy getting out of the cab to help with strapping and unstrapping loads. This is not just an A-to-B trunking job you ll be representing a professional transport operation, working safely and efficiently on varied sites nationwide. Duties: Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on UK-wide tramping work Operating flatbed and step-frame trailers Securing, strapping and unstrapping loads safely Overnight stays as required (nights out paid at £25) Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any defects Complying with all tachograph and driving legislation Requirements: Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card Experience with flatbed or step-frame trailers Confident with physical work and manual load securing Reliable, professional and flexible attitude Previous tramping experience preferred ..... full job details .....
