An established engineering consultancy is seeking a Chartered or Incorporated Senior Structural Engineer with at least 6+ years'' industry experience to lead the development of a new satellite office in Hinkley, Leicestershire. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of various building structures, including residential extensions, new builds, and small commercial projects (up to five storeys).
• Conduct structural surveys and prepare reports on building defects such as cracks, subsidence, fire damage, impact, and storm damage.
• Manage and oversee the technical delivery of projects, working closely with senior management.
• Play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the Leicester office, contributing to the company''s strategic growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Chartered or Incorporated Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, IStructE).
• Proven experience in structural design and surveying.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
