Fully RemoteOur leading PAAS cloud platform client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who sits at the intersection of software development, database design, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded Software Engineer (Java/TypeScript) with strong database experience, including PL/SQL development, schema design, performance tuning, and ownership of database operations in cloud environments. Most of the relevant experience should come from working with Oracle, though we also value broader RDBMS knowledge.Minimum 8 years'' experience as a Software Engineer or Senior Software EngineerHands-on software development experience in Java and/or TypeScriptDatabase development experience across major RDBMS (eg, Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server), with strong skills in writing stored procedures, functions, and packagesDatabase performance tuning skills including query optimization, indexing strategies, and resource managementExperience in ER modelling and relational schema design for complex, multi-tenant applicationsAWS experience, especially with RDS, infrastructure automation, and monitoringFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps practicesAgile development experience and a collaborative mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
