Bring the Magic to Life at Disney’s Flagship Oxford Street Store. We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Floor Manager to join our team at the world-famous Disney Store on Oxford Street, London. Spread across three floors, this flagship store is a place of imagination, storytelling, and unforgettable guest experiences — and you could be part of it.In this role, you’ll help create a little magic every day — from delighting families on their first visit, to assisting collectors in finding their next treasure, to ensuring the store shines with Disney charm. You’ll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service, achieve sales targets, and maintain the highest visual and operational standards.We’re seeking an energetic leader with a genuine love for Disney, proven team leadership experience, and the ability to make every interaction memorable. You’ll thrive in the fast pace of a flagship environment and be passionate about coaching and developing your team to shine.In return, you’ll work in one of London’s most iconic retail destinations, benefit from excellent training, and be part of a supportive, fun, and passionate team. This role runs until June 2026.

Responsibilities
