There are opportunities in Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide plus regional/rural roles also available.These roles offer great career prospects with privately-owned tier 1 and tier 2 contractors as well as consultancies who have secured major pipelines of work worth billions.Key Responsibilities Assist with the procurement of subcontractors including preparing, issuing, adjudicating, recommending and awarding subcontract and supply agreements with detailed input from engineering and construction team.Preparation and submission of progress claims and ensuring their timely payment.Subcontract management including receipt and processing of subcontract interim payment claims and final accounts.Process claims for variations and additional entitlement to time and money.Prepare, submit and agree contractual claims for time and money.Manage and participate where necessary in the preparation, submission and agreement of variations.Advise the project management team on contractual issues and initiate correspondence.Prepare, review and submit reports to prescribed timescales (including equipment and cost reports).Review change management.
