Temporary to Permanent Management Accountant Job - North Cornwall/Devon BorderWe are looking for a proactive Management Accountant to join our client''s finance team on a temporary to permanent basis on the north Devon/Cornwall Border.Due to expansion in the business this is a new role where will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting key business stakeholders across the organisation.About the Role:As Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the full month-end cycle, produce high-quality management accounts, and maintain strong control across ledgers, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory submissions. You will be confident working with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and have strong analytical instincts, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels.Key Responsibilities:Produce accurate monthly management accountsOversee the full month-end close process, including all journalsOversee sales ledger, credit control processes, and queriesDaily reconciliation and maintenance of the UK cash bookMaintain cash forecasting fileProcess and control prepayments and accrualsResponsible for full asset accounting, including creation, disposal, retirement and depreciationReconcile key balance sheet accounts including bank accounts Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cyclesAssist with audit preparation and documentationWork closely with cost ..... full job details .....
