HR Advisor opportunity to work for a busy team on the Isle of Wight for an initial 3-month contract We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor to work for a busy HR team on the Isle of Wight for an initial 3-month temporary contract via Hays. 3 days per week on site in Newport, Isle of Wight and 2 from home and they will consider support costs of ferry travel to IOW. We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who has a broad generalist and ER background who will be working alongside a Head of HR in the delivery of a compressive HR service to managers and employees. You will be undertaking a range of HR activities including:Employer relations case work - grievance, disciplinary, performance, capability, sickness, absence, dismissal. Providing advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of HR policy, process and best practice. Coaching managers on ER and HR matters.
