Ecommerce Assistant ManagerWe have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Assistant Manager working in the Morleys Stores Group based in Wimbledon. It is a full time position, reporting to the Head of CRM and Ecommerce.Responsibilities include: Assist with the day-to-day management of the site Working closely with all brands, suppliers and the internal Buying teams to collate all product information to a set criteria Product lifecycle management - Overseeing that all products, categories and pages are uploaded accurately onsite. Where applicable ensuring that all product descriptions use customer-friendly language, reworking page titles, links, imagery and meta descriptions Responsible for enhancing site navigation, refining the customer journey, and strategically placing products to sustain growth and drive online sales Onsite digital merchandising - Responsible for the set-up of all landing pages and the categorisation of product ranges Overseeing web development- testing and implementing site updates as well as working closely with web developers and external agencies to optimise the sites functionality Responsible for sharing the Ecommerce weekly trade pack with the senior management team - reporting on sales, key metrics and promotions.
