Position Scope:To assist in the service of a high-quality food and beverage product to customers. Delivery amenities to guest bedrooms. To answer guests'' requests and resolve guests'' problems.

To project a pleasant, positive and professional image at all times.To adhere to all company policies and proceduresTo manage cultural needs and expectations of all guests.To ensure a timely delivery of all guests orders.To ensure a thorough knowledge of all products both food and beverage within your department.Upselling and the identification of additional revenue opportunities.Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless transfer of information takes place.Any other reasonable task requested by your manager

Qualification StandardsA driving license is required.Eligibility to live and work in the UKAbility to communicate freely in the local languageOpen and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiencesGood attention to detail and accuracyA team player, contributing positively to team performanceExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloadAbility to assess and meet the needs of the guestPrevious, similar experience in 4

5 Star environment preferred
