As Director of Client Solutions, you will lead a dynamic and committed team delivering professional services such as Architecture and Solution Design, Advanced Data Modeling, Complex Data Structure Design, Strategic Advisory and Roadmapping, Performance Audits and Optimization, including system health checks and diagnostics. You will play a key role in shaping strategies, driving excellence, and ensuring that every engagement reflects our commitment to long-term customer and partner success through proven best practices and guidelines. As a senior leader, you will demonstrate strong leadership and a collaborative, customer-centric approach.Responsibilities
Motivate and lead a high-performance team: Provide strong, value-based leadership and day-to-day management; lead by example through collaboration with colleagues, building cross-regional and cross-functional relationships; support, evolve and grow the team members.Manage commercials: Support sales in selling our services; PnL management; drive profitability.Implementation: Support partners through implementation projects, offering expert consultancy and ensuring compliance to best practices; monitor and measure partner performance; establish and maintain quality standards for all implementations; continuously drive maintenance and improvement of implementation standards.Strategic development: Evolve the Client Solutions offerings to meet changing market demands, customer and partner needs; drive standardization of implementation tools, methods and packages to ensure fast, efficient and effective projects reducing cost and effort; build-out Inriver’s delivery capabilities around implementations and solution consultancy; collaborate with other departments to align Client Solutions with overall company goals and strategies; drive customer and partner engagement.Required Skills and Qualifications
+5 years in similar leadership rolesStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in professional services, including strategic planning and executionDemonstrated ability to build, grow, and manage high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and improvementBusiness- and solutions-oriented, with a focus on driving profitabilityAbility to build and maintain strong partner relationshipsExperience within the PIM space is instrumentalAbout Inriver and Values
