Senior Residential Support Worker Salary: £32,410 £34,906 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Sleep In: £71.28 Contract: Full-time, rota-based Location: LE67 About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team and help lead the delivery of exceptional care for children and young people. In this senior role, you will provide high-quality support, act as a positive role model, and take on additional responsibilities to guide the staff team, support the home s leadership, and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. You will work closely with the Team Leaders, Deputy Manager, and Registered Home Manager to maintain a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where young people can thrive. Key Responsibilities -Direct Care and Support Provide consistent, nurturing care inline with the Children s Act 1989, Children s Homes Regulations 2015, and Every Child Matters framework. Offer 1:1 support, guidance, and advocacy to young people, especially during challenging times. Ensure a safe, stable, and supportive environment for all young people. Support daily living tasks and maintain structured, positive household routines. Act as a key worker/co-worker, ensuring care plans are implemented, reviewed, and updated.
