Job Description: This is a Commercial Lead role reporting into the Board of Directors, where you will be accountable for commercial performance across multiple projects within your sector. You''ll lead and mentor commercial teams, manage complex contract negotiations, and drive best practices in cost control, claims, and risk management across some of the UK''s most ambitious infrastructure projects. Working on Power systems across HS2, you will preferably come from a background of HV systems on the railway sector, but would be considered if you had experience working on other HV projects at a Senior Commercial Lead level. Requirements: Strong experience on FIDIC or NEC3/NEC4 and contracts Experience such as HS2 Power Systems and HV works.
