Location:
Hybrid/New Malden, Greater London (3 days office, 2 days WFH)What You’ll Be Doing
Build trusted relationships with clients while driving measurable results, not just activity.Guide HR, Talent Acquisition and LandD leaders to new ways of working that deliver real outcomes.Spot commercial opportunities and collaborate with Sales to grow accounts.Anticipate client needs and proactively reduce churn risk before it arises.Drive adoption, influence behaviours, and ensure solutions are fully embedded.Identify and empower client champions to increase internal and external referrals.Feed valuable client feedback into product teams to shape future roadmaps.Main Skills Needed
3–5 years in client success, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR tech or assessment.Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify where value can be created.Confident working across tech platforms, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.Experience engaging HR, Talent Acquisition or LandD stakeholders would be preferred.CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).Curious, consultative, collaborative and driven personality.What’s in It for You
