Balmer Lawn Brockenhurst is looking for a Service Advisor.Your roleYou will be joining a great Dealership within the Balmer Lawn group, a business based in the heart of the New Forest. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated, customer focused, and friendly team.Responsibilities and duties: Booking in customers and their vehicles for different types of mechanical work. Talking customers through any work that is needed to be completed on their vehicle, including costs. Taking payments and setting up payment plans. Liaising with Parts. Accurate data input into the Kerridge system.
