Be the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors.Service Charge and Financial OversightPrepare, monitor, and reconcile service charge budgets. Approve invoices and oversee financial plans. Assist with credit control and service charge recovery.Lease Administration and Tenant RelationsManage lease renewals, rent reviews, lease compliance, and enforcement of lease obligations. Maintain strong tenant relationships, resolving queries and building rapport.Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to compliance regimes (e.g., HandS, fire safety, gas/EPC/PAT/EICR) and maintain certification records.
