If you have experience working with secondary-age pupils with SEMH needs and are passionate about making a positive difference in students'' lives, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to secondary-age students with SEMH needs within the classroom and on a 1:1 or small group basis Assist in the delivery of differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of students Support students in managing their emotions, behaviours, and social interactions Work closely with the teaching staff and SENCO to develop and implement individual learning plans Monitor and record students'' progress, and provide feedback to teachers and parents Help create a positive, inclusive, and calm learning environment for students Contribute to the broader life of the school, supporting school activities and initiatives where ..... full job details .....
