We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead a therapeutic children s home in Prescot, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and outcomes for young people. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about trauma-informed practice and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Our client is also open to considering a strong Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager position. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and management to the staff team, promoting a culture of care, respect, and professional development. Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children s Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Develop, implement, and review care plans that reflect a therapeutic and trauma-informed approach. Lead on safeguarding and risk management, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all young people. Work collaboratively with social workers, therapists, education professionals, and external agencies. Manage budgets, staffing levels, and rota planning effectively.
