As Group Outsourcing and Inventory Controller, you ll take ownership of inventory accuracy, outsourced production flows, and warehouse coordination across multiple sites. This is a strategic opportunity to bring efficiency, control, and long-term impact to our operations. You ll play a key role in reducing stock discrepancies, managing external production costs, and optimising how stock is planned, stored, and moved throughout the business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with third-party manufacturers and Co-Packers to manage outsourced finished goods and ensure stock levels align with forecasts. Work closely with the Production Planner to assess and recommend insourcing opportunities. Monitor and investigate inventory variances across all sites; lead monthly stock counts and reconciliation.
