The Role You''ll manage a broad range of landlord and tenant-related disputes arising from the management of residential blocks and estates, including: Service charge and major works disputesBreach of lease mattersLease interpretation issuesForfeiture and enforcementTribunal work (FTT and related forums)General property-management disputes for managing agents and RMCs You will take full ownership of your caseload from start to finish - strategy, drafting, risk assessment, client communication, and progression of files.
