About the Role:
A friendly primary school in Bletchley is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to support the Nursery and Reception classes from September. The school values a nurturing environment where children learn through play and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Assist the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
andbull; Support childrenandrsquo;s learning and development through group and 1:1 activities
andbull; Help promote communication, social skills, and independence
andbull; Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment
andbull; Support children with personal care and wellbeing as needed

Requirements:
andbull; Experience working with children aged 3andndash;5 in a school or nursery setting
andbull; Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
andbull; Patient, warm, and proactive with strong communication skills
andbull; Understanding of safeguarding and child development principles
