A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Qul;aity Lineside Engineer to join the team with our prestigious client at their site in BroughtonInitially will be on a standard day shift (no uplift), once fully trained they will move to the below shift with a 20% shift upliftDouble day shift pattern (alternating weeks)Week of mornings 6:00am 1:10pmWeek of afternoons 1:30pm 8:40pmThe successful candidate will be supporting the evaluation, coordination and monitoring of achieved levels of conformity in the product, process and services provided by the Business. Key Responsibilities: • To provide specialist Quality support and advice on drawings, parts, processes, and support services, and to independently assure that Quality requirements have been met. • Assures that the Quality system is being adhered to within the business by the business through surveillance activities. • Assures that certification processes are consistently defined and applied within the business. • Coordination and leadership of reported quality / technical issues from business teams and customers, ensuring that appropriate corrective and preventive action is taken by the accountable function through use of multifunctional team activities and that the originator of the issue is informed. • To perform initial investigations (e.g., Events, QLB s, NC s) to assess probable root cause, informing the accountable function and ensuring corrective and preventative action is taken (ambition is within one shift) ..... full job details .....
