I am working with a well regarded North London firm that is ready to launch a brand new Family Department and is looking for a Senior Family Solicitor to take the lead. The position offers complete freedom to set the direction of the department from shaping strategy to developing client relationships and growing the team. You will not be stepping into an existing structure. This is about creating and leading your own. All work is privately funded so you will be focusing on quality over volume and you will benefit from excellent cross referrals from the firm’s already busy departments. Dedicated paralegal and solicitor support will also be in place to help you deliver the best possible service.

The role is ideally suited to a Senior Family Solicitor with experience across the full spectrum of private family law, someone entrepreneurial, confident in client development, and ready to take ownership of a department.
