Workforce Planning Analyst
The Workforce Planning Analyst will play a key role in maintaining accurate, trusted resource data and delivering high-quality reporting that supports our client s major Transformation Programme. You will ensure all data relating to capacity, capability and workforce planning is captured, validated and delivered on time. Working as part of a small, friendly team (Programme Manager, Workforce Planning Manager and HR Manager), you will directly support the Programme Resource Manager with operational data tasks, continuous improvement activities, and ensuring strong governance across resourcing processes. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who is detail-focused, proactive and committed to improving resource data accuracy to support strategic decision-making. Contract Length: 6 months (potential extension or move to FTC) Main Responsibilities Data Management and Reporting Maintain, update and quality-assure resource data across multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintain version control, audit trails and clear documentation of changes to all resource data. Gather regular resourcing updates from Programme Managers, Team Leaders and suppliers to keep workforce and capacity data current. Manage structured Excel datasets to support integration with Power BI and Power Automate workflows. Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards and MI using Excel and Power BI for stakeholders including the Resource Manager, Finance, HR and PMO. Governance ..... full job details .....
