Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Redditch
£40,000- £45,000 per annum depending on your experience
Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for a stand-alone role where you can truly take ownership of the finance function£
We’re currently seeking a confident and proactive Management Accountant to join our team in Redditch. This is a pivotal role, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys being hands-on with all aspects of the management accounts process.
Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of the end-to-end monthly management accounts process
- Prepare and post journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Conduct daily banking reconciliations and ensure accurate cash position reporting
- Manage and forecast Euro cash flow to support business operations
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insight and reporting
- Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor queries

The successful Management Accountant will have the following skills and experience

- Qualified or QBE (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a standalone Management Accountant role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end management accounting processes
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Effective communicator who enjoys working across teams
