The successful candidate will ensure void properties are processed efficiently and in accordance with relevant standards and statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership for managing the voids process from end to end, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with organisational targets.Lead regular performance review meetings with internal and external stakeholders, identifying delays and implementing corrective measures where necessary.Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements, escalating non-compliance appropriately.Prepare accurate and insightful monthly performance reports to inform decision-making at a regional and organisational level.Review and challenge the scope of works, quality standards, and schedules of rates, to ensure value for money and consistency in delivery.Collaborate effectively across departments, influencing colleagues and partners to meet agreed milestones and performance goals.Undertake site visits when required to validate scopes of work and provide expert advice.Ensure that all administrative systems are accurately maintained and kept up to date to support effective voids management.What we are looking ..... full job details .....
