About the roleOur client, the City office of a national law firm, has always had a corporate offering that punches above their size in the market and has an expanding City practice that has recently made hires from Top 20 firms.You will have strong private MandA and VC expertise across tech and life sciences and this would suit a lawyer from a US or Top 20 firm who is looking for a more entrepreneurial environment with a clear route through to partner and vastly improved work/life balance.

Responsibilities / Requirements

Demonstrated strong private MandA and venture capital expertise across technology and life sciences sectors.

Experience with a US or Top 20 law firm background preferred.

Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment with a clear route to partnership and improved work/life balance.
